After Contacting Us
You can expect a phone call from us within 48 hours. During the initial phone call for Creative Services, our expert will ask you a few short questions about your company/organization and then send you a welcome e-mail. Our graphic designers will then come up with effective content and a professional design that meets your specific requirements. You will then be sent an e-mail with a proof of your design concept. You can then either make revisions to your design or contact us to place the order. The first two rounds of revisions to your design are free!
Artwork should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your artwork is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality may be affected. To receive the highest quality printing, we recommend the following formats:
